Louise is a passionate practionner in the field of deliberative democracy for over five years now. She is the Director of Operations at Particitiz, based in Brussels. Louise has been accompanying local, regional, national and European authorities in the design and implementation of different deliberation processes. She is an expert in the design of randomly selected citizens assemblies, with a particular interest in the aspects of sortition and inclusion of participants. With her practical and organisational spirit, she has a lot of field experience in overcoming all kinds of organisational challenges that come with organising and running deliberative processes. Louise has been member of the Governance Council since 2022 and is currently the Vice-Chair of the Europe, Africa, Middle East, South Asia-group.
